What happens when a grill master and a barista get together? Probably something like this spectacular Coffee Steak Rub recipe. With ground coffee, brown sugar, paprika and a few other ingredients, it's the perfect "blend" of spicy, sweet and savory. It's also a great way to elevate a flank or skirt steak. After grilling to your preferred doneness, make sure to let the steak rest for about five minutes. Slice it in thin strips (always cutting against the grain) and serve on a platter with grilled vegetables for a delicious meal any time of year.
